The building is managed by Eastleigh Youth Trust (Reg Charity 301806)

The trust currently subsidises the use of this facility by the following activities for children and young people:

The Senators Drum and Bugle Corps, Nightingale Community Play Group, Jelly Tots Parent and Toddlers, KK Dance, Young Peoples Theatre Group, Baby Sing and Sign, School Holiday Play Scheme, plus occasional other youth activities.
